the lizared and the snakes

A lizard is a kind of reptile. They make up the suborder Lacertilia also called Sauria. Lizards live all over the world, except for very cold places. One type, the marine iguana, lives in the sea. Some like the marine igauna are pretty calm animals although other species such as monitor lizards can be very fierce and have attacked people. Most are usually fair sized animals ranging from 5 inches to 6 feet however some can reach lengths of 9+feet and weigh 350 pounds. Reports of lizard or even dragon-like monsters ranging from 18 to 30 feet exist although this reports are unconfirmed. Template:FastA Snake is a reptile. They do not have legs. All snakes eat other animals, for example mice and birds. Some snakes are venomous - their bite can be toxic (the toxin goes through their teeth), or they can spit venom. Some snakes like the Rubber boa or the Sand boa are small but some types like the Green Anaconda or the Reticulated Python can get to be very large. Some snakes, like the King Cobra, are venomous, but some are not. They move by pushing and pulling themselves with the muscles on the bottom of their bodies. They swallow their food whole, sometimes by dislocating their jaws. Once the snake's prey is in its body, its internal muscles crush it so the animal can be digested. They are cold-blooded carnivores and some eat large prey. Some feed on rodents such as mice, others may feed on birds, fish, eggs, lizards, or even other snakes. They capture their prey in many ways.
